A: Unfortunately as each piece is handmade I am unable to accept returns. However if your item arrives broken due to the delivery process then on return of that item to me, I am happy to send you a replacement piece. If this piece is not available immediately due to stock levels, it will be sent as soon as it is ready or you can request a refund.
Q: What is your delivery times?
A: All items in stock will be sent within 3-5 working days. Items are sent via Post Office and all items with a value of £24 or more will be sent via signed for services.
Q: Can I collect my item?
A: I am happy for items to be collected from my home in Northumberland and you can select the collect option at checkout. Please just bare in mind that items may not be immediately available for collection due to the demands of my business (& life!) so it still may take 3-5 working days before you can collect but please let me know if you need it sooner and I can try and work to your timescales. Unfortunately collection on a weekend isnt currently an option.
Q: How will my item be packaged?
A: All my fragile items are thoughtfully and carefully packaged. I use recyclable packaging and items are protected in a eco paper wrap with eco packing peanuts which dissolve in water or can be composted. I like to include a postcard with a personal message and I am happy to include a private message from yourself if you are sending a gift item directly to the recipient (you can select a different delivery address at checkout)
